Role Summary:

Lead FATP / SMT program execution from proto builds through ramp stabilization, ensuring build readiness, issue closure, and execution discipline across functions.


Key Responsibilities - FATP

  • Drive FATP execution plan across proto, pilot, and ramp phases
  • Ensure material, manpower, equipment, and process readiness for builds
  • Track issues, deviations, and action closure impacting builds
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, SCM, Planning, and Production teams
  • Support customer and internal program review cadence with execution updates


Key Responsibilities - SMT


  • Coordinate SMT build readiness across material, tooling, and process fronts
  • Drive ECN implementation and build plan alignment
  • Track SMT production execution and ramp performance
  • Work closely with SCM, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
  • Escalate risks impacting SMT build output or timelines
