Program Lead Learning Delivery Yzerly | Bengaluru, Whitefield | Hybrid (23 days in office)
About the Role
At Yzerly, we don't run training programs; we engineer behavior change. As Program Lead, you are the delivery backbone of every program we run. You own what happens in the room (and after it), ensuring that every trainer delivers with precision, every participant's progress is tracked, and every cohort produces data that business leaders can act on.
This is not a facilitation role. It is a systems role with a human face.
What You'll Own
Trainer Calibration & Reliability
- Run Trainer Bootcamps covering program architecture, behavioral models, and failure patterns
- Certify trainers using a scored observation rubric across 5 competencies
- Classify trainers as Certified Lead Trainer, Certified Co-Facilitator, or Not Yet Certified
- Conduct quarterly calibration sessions same video, independent scoring, variance discussion
- Define and enforce trainer governance rules: delivery, observation, reporting, and audit protocols
- Lock trainer scope per program, client context, batch size, and format
Learning Delivery
- Validate baseline scores before every cohort begins
- Monitor practice quality, time allocation, resistance patterns, and engagement signals in real time
- Score all role plays and simulations with behavioral tags
- Run fortnightly governance checks and implement corrective action where needed
- Administer post-learning assessments using the same rubric as baseline
- Ensure 60% of participants show observable behavior improvement per cohort
What You'll Be Measured On
- Trainer certification completion rate before program go-live
- Behavioral scoring variance across trainers (must stay within acceptable limits)
- Pre/post capability delta per participant and cohort aggregate
- Timeliness and quality of Tier 1 Session Summaries (within 24 hours)
- Tier 2 Participant Tracker activation accuracy
- Program delivery quality audit scores
You're the Right Fit If You
- Have 47 years of experience in L&D, program management, or training operations
- Have directly managed trainers or facilitation teams at scale
- Understand behavior-based learning design not just content delivery
- Are comfortable with data: you can read a scoring rubric, spot a bias pattern, and flag an anomaly
- Can hold a trainer accountable without breaking the relationship
- Believe that delivery quality is a system problem, not a personality problem
