Program Lead - Business

We're Hiring: Programme Lead Business Administration

What you'll do

• Lead the Business Administration programmes - track end-to-end curriculum delivery, quality, and student experience.
• Curate and develop course content in line with industry needs, keeping the programme sharp, current, and globally relevant
• Design robust assessments rubrics and project briefs.
• Train and mentor teachers delivering the programme through onboarding, ongoing professional development, and classroom support
• Oversee delivery quality across the network classroom observations, feedback loops, and continuous improvement
• Curate industry experiences and partnerships for live projects, masterclasses, internships, and guest sessions that bring the curriculum alive

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of combined experience across industry and education ideally someone who has worked in business and also taught, trained, or mentored learners
• Experience designing curriculum and assessments, preferably at senior secondary or undergraduate level
• Comfort working with teachers as a coach and capability-builder, not just a subject expert
• Postgraduate qualification preferred
