What youll be working on:

Supporting the execution of ongoing programs and initiatives

Coordinating with partners, stakeholders, and communities

Conducting research and helping identify on-ground needs

Assisting with tracking impact and documenting progress

Working closely with the core team on new ideas and initiatives

Who this role is ideal for:

03 years of experience (freshers are welcome)

Someone genuinely interested in social impact and community work

Strong communication and organizational skills

A self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership
