Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Associate to lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic as well as operational projects across functions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and operational projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project progress, performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for management
• Identify risks, resolve challenges, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and timelines
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across processes

Requirements:

• 24 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in retail, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer businesses
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools (PowerPoint)
• Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
