About the Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Program Advisor (Pre-Sales) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales who is eager to learn about customer engagement, product understanding, and the sales process. You will work closely with experienced team members and gain hands-on exposure to how leads are converted into customers.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the sales team in understanding customer requirements and tracking leads through the sales funnel
  • Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound leads under guidance from senior team members
  • Work with the product and marketing teams to help prepare basic sales materials such as presentations and demos
  • Respond to customer queries and provide initial information about products/services
  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions and pre-sales activities in CRM tools
  • Learn and follow pre-sales processes and best practices from the team


What Were Looking For


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of sales or customer handling (internships or projects are a plus)
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office or similar tools



Required Skills & Experience

  • 01 year of experience or relevant internships in inside sales, business development, or pre-sales (freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of B2C sales concepts or strong willingness to learn the sales cycle
  • Good communication and presentation skills with an interest in interacting with customers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is a plus (training can be provided)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • B.Tech or equivalent degree (preferred for freshers)
