We're looking for a driven Program Advisor to join our India sales team - someone who knows how to have real conversations with real people and convert them into enrolled learners.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up consistently

- Understand a prospect's career goals and match them to the right program

- Manage your pipeline in CRM - clean, updated, always

- Hit and exceed monthly enrollment targets

- Stay sharp on our programs and what competitors are offering

- Upsell where it genuinely makes sense for the learner

You're a Great Fit If You Have

- Inside sales/course counselling experience in EdTech

- Hands-on experience selling tech courses

- Based in Bangalore or ready to relocate immediately
