The Role
We're looking for a technically sharpProduction Support Engineer to be our frontline responder during US business hours. You'll own incident triage, rapid debugging, and resolution across our full-stack platform spanning Node.js/TypeScript backends, React/Angular frontends, PostgreSQL databases, and AWS infrastructure.

What You'll Do
- Monitor platform health across backend APIs frontend applications, and AWS infrastructure during night shift hours
- Respond to and triage P1/P2 production incidents, driving resolution with minimal downtime
- Debug issues in Node.js / TypeScript / NestJS backend services, REST and GraphQL APIs
- Diagnose and fix frontend bugs across React.js / TypeScript web applications, including UI rendering and browser compatibility issues
- Triage and resolve issues in Flutter mobile applications, including platform-specific bugs on iOS and Android
- Query and analyse PostgreSQL databases to investigate data inconsistencies and trace failure points
- Investigate AWS infrastructure issues across ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch logs
- Execute hotfixes, configuration changes, and rollbacks per change-management protocols
- Write clear incident reports, post-mortems, and handoff documentation for day-shift teams
- Identify recurring failure patterns and escalate with recommendations to engineering leads
- Maintain and improve night-shift runbooks, SOPs, and alerting dashboards
- Collaborate with QA to validate fixes and run smoke/regression tests post-deployment
- Participate in shift handoff calls to ensure seamless continuity
What You BringMust-Have
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering or production support
- Solid proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend debugging and hotfix development
- Working knowledge of React.js and TypeScript for frontend issue diagnosis and minor bug fixes
- Familiarity with Flutter for diagnosing and triaging mobile application issues on iOS and Android
- Experience querying relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with REST API and GraphQL debugging tools (Postman, GraphQL Playground, etc.)
- Experience with AWS particularly CloudWatch, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, and Lambda
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines, deployment logs, and rollback procedures
- Strong analytical and systematic debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication for incident reporting and client updates
- Willingness and availability to work night shift aligned to US Eastern Time
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with NestJS and ORMs like Prisma or Sequelize
- Prior exposure to healthcare or regulated software environments
