IIS / Windows Server administration & troubleshooting
F5 / Load Balancer configuration & support
API troubleshooting, proxies, integrations, certificates
Cloudflare / CDN and DNS knowledge
Monitoring tools (AppDynamics / ServiceNow)
Azure DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
PowerShell / Scripting for automation
Linux knowledge
SFTP / GoAnywhere
Team leadership experience in banking domain projects
Role Overview
Provide L2/L3 production support for applications and infrastructure
Configure and troubleshoot IIS servers, load balancers, API proxies
Manage Cloudflare/CDN, DNS, certificates, and integrations
Perform vulnerability remediation and monitoring using AppDynamics/ServiceNow
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and fixes
Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and application deployments
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure stability and compliance
Lead production support teams in banking domain projects
