Production Manager

The purpose of Operations Aggregator role is to oversee production operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters

Responsibilities

• Develop and support in implementation of efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs
• Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day production related operations to meet production targets
• Hold accountability for production output and quality
• Ensure adherence to the production schedule and ensure production of output as per the quality standards within the set timelines
• Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

• B.Tech/ M.Tech in Production engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ MBA
• 10-12 years in a similar role in FMCG/ Agro Chemicals Industry
• Candidates only required from Agro chemical/ chemical industry
