Production Control & Logistics Manager:

• 15 yrs of exp in SCM
• Should have managed HMI as a customer.
• B.E/B.Tech- Mechanical or Automobile (Only)

Qualification:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering
• Experience in production in an industrial environment

Minimum bi-lingual (English required)

Production Control & Logistics Manager - is responsible for overseeing all logistics and production planning activities within the plant, ensuring alignment with company policies.

• The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, and supporting new program launches.
• It involves leading and developing the logistics team, optimizing processes such as sales and operations planning and scheduling, and ensuring strong coordination with suppliers and partners.
• Manager monitors logistics performance, implements continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to the development of the broader PC&L network.
