We are looking for 3-9 years of experienced Production Support Engineers with strong expertise in Banking Application Support and the Intellect Design Platform (Digital Channels).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor banking applications and services
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot production issues
- Handle incidents and support tickets
- Ensure smooth functioning of web/mobile banking applications
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Perform job and batch monitoring activities
