Job Title: Product Software Engineer (Python Scripting)

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python scripting language.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift.
• Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Support and Maintenance:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems.
• Work with development to create runbooks

Scripting and Automation:

• Develop and maintain scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to automate

routine tasks and processes.

• Implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of AWS operations.

Database Management:

Work with various databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift to manage data

storage, retrieval, and processing.

AWS:

Should have basic understanding of aws services and terminology.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product development, operations, and other teams to ensure

smooth integration and deployment of solutions.

• Document processes, solutions, and best practices for internal and external use.
