We Are Hiring: Product Solution Engineer (Payments Support)

We are expanding our core team and looking for a brilliant Product Solution Engineer / Production Support Engineer to ensure our complex transaction and refund systems remain reliable, transparent, and resilient 24/7.

Role Details:

Position: Product Solution Engineer (Payments & Checkout)

Experience: 3+ years in Technical Support, Production Support, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Domain: Fintech / High-Concurrency E-commerce Transactions

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

What You Will Do:

Incident Management & RCA: Take end-to-end ownership of production incidents, performing deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) on complex system failures and translating logs into actionable engineering insights.

Automation: Eliminate operational toil by writing custom scripts and tools to automate repetitive workflows.

Observability & Data Integrity: Optimize monitoring dashboards (Grafana/Kibana) to track payment success rates in real-time, while reconciling massive data flows across internal ledgers and bank partners.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the primary technical anchor for Product, Business, and Core Engineering teams for high-priority payment escalations.

What We Are Looking For:

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical discipline.

Tech Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL (complex queries) and proficiency in a scripting language like Python or Shell for automation.

Log Analysis: Solid experience with log aggregation and monitoring tools (ELK Stack, Splunk, Kibana, or New Relic).

Domain Plus: Prior experience handling Payments/Fintech (UPI, NetBanking, Card transaction flows) and debugging Java/Scala application logs or API contracts is a massive plus!
