SOPs, LORs, CVs, application filing, IELTS coaching, visa support, scholarships we handle the full journey. We're growing fast, and we need people who want to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We're not looking for someone who reads from a script.

We're looking for someone who genuinely wants to win someone who lights up on a call, builds trust in minutes, and knows how to move a conversation forward. You'll be speaking with students who are already exploring their study abroad options, understanding their goals, and helping them take the most important step: getting started.

This is a role for someone who's hungry. Not someone who's done it before someone who will.

What You'll Do

• Have high-quality conversations with students who have already shown interest in studying abroad
• Understand each student's goals, timeline, and concerns and match them to the right Nbyula plan or service
• Guide students through our offerings from individual services (SOPs, CVs, application filing) to full plans (Ranging from 20,000 to 69,999)
• Follow up with intent, not irritation you know the difference
• Hit and exceed your monthly targets, and earn well when you do
• Maintain clean records of every interaction in our CRM
• Work closely with our ops and counseling teams to ensure a smooth handoff after a student commits

What We're Looking For

• 01 year of experience industry doesn't matter. Insurance, edtech, real estate, telecom, retail if you sold something, we want to hear about it
• An energy that comes through even on a phone/video call
• Strong spoken communication in English and Hindi (or a regional language is a bonus)
• Someone who takes a "no" as a "not yet"
• Target-driven mindset you want to know your numbers and beat them
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, no-hand-holding environment
• A genuine curiosity for people and what drives their decisions
