Job Summary

We don't need a traditional "content marketer" or a "brand person". We are looking for someone who lives and breathes product narrative- someone who can take a complex AI product, find its sharpest angle, and make the right enterprise buyers feel like it was built specifically for them. You will completely own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) storytelling for our AI voice interviewer and talent management platform in the US and Middle East markets


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Messaging: Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), core value propositions, and competitive differentiation
  • Launch and Iterate Fast: Build, run, and measure GTM motions for new features, segments, and markets
  • Enable Sales Teams: Create high-impact sales assets, including battle cards, one-pagers, and objection-handling guides
  • Gather Customer Insights: Conduct regular win/loss interviews and discovery calls to feed both product development and GTM strategy
  • Collaborate Professionally: Work directly with the founding team with no corporate layers, meaning your ideas ship in days, not quarters


What We Are Looking For

  • SaaS Experience: 2+ years of dedicated product marketing experience in B2B SaaS is strictly mandatory
  • End-to-End Ownership: Proven track record of owning product positioning or launches from scratch
  • Exceptional Writing: A strong writing instinct that makes complex enterprise software sound engaging to a VP of HR
  • Industry Context (Bonus): Prior experience working in HR tech, talent acquisition tech, or selling into people/ops teams is highly preferred

  • Writing That Converts: You create copy for landing pages, emails, and collateral that actively drives pipeline
  • Speed of Learning: You can rapidly master complex applicant tracking workflows and AI concepts within weeks
  • AI-Native Efficiency: You deeply integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to automate routine tasks and scale your output


What We Do Not Prioritize

  • Past managerial titles or "Head of" designations
  • Familiarity with a highly specific marketing tool stack
  • A portfolio of creative brand campaigns that did not generate revenue or pipeline
  • An MBA degree (valued as context, but never used as a filter)


Why This Role is Different

Most product marketing roles are reactivetranslating product roadmaps into generic feature announcements. This role is highly strategic. You will actively shape how the global market understands our AI technology and define the category we compete in. You will have a direct seat in product conversations, allowing you to define the narrative rather than just execute someone else's vision
