About the Role
We are building products for one of the most operationally complex and highimpact B2B domainsIndustrial Distribution and Services. This portfolio powers distributors, field technicians, sales teams, and fleet operators, where software downtime directly affects realworld operations.
We are looking for a handson, domainaware Product Manager who has built products in operationally complex B2B environments and can intelligently ramp across adjacent industrial domains. This role demands an AInative PMsomeone who already uses GenAI as part of how they think, research, and decide.
What Youll Own The Industrial Portfolio
Youll work across a horizontal portfolio including:
- B2B Ecommerce Selfserve ordering, catalogues, pricing, account portals for industrial distributors
- Industrial CRM & Sales Intelligence ERPintegrated CRM and sales analytics for distribution sales teams
- Field Service Management Dispatch, work orders, mobile execution, invoicing, offlinefirst workflows
- Logistics & Fleet Dispatch Route optimisation, dispatch management, and fleet tracking
- Pricing Optimisation AIassisted pricing, margin management, contract & matrix pricing
- HVAC & Mechanical Workflows Job management, estimating, service contracts, compliance workflows
You wont own everything from Day 1but youre expected to understand the full ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Own and drive the product roadmap with a clear connection to revenue, retention, and adoption
- Define product positioning and competitive differentiation across platforms
- Lead user discovery with distributors, technicians, fleet operators, and sales teams
- Own 01 product bets and scale successful capabilities
Delivery & Stakeholder Ownership
- Translate strategy into wellscoped epics and clear, executionready requirements
- Own product success metrics: adoption, workflow completion, NPS, retention
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to validate direction and close feedback loops
- Maintain competitive intelligence across industrial SaaS incumbents
- Present roadmap decisions with clarityincluding when the answer is no
AINative Expectations
This role requires real AI fluency, not surfacelevel exposure.
In Your Work
- Use GenAI (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) for research, synthesis, discovery, and decisionmaking
- Apply AI to identify patterns across large volumes of user and market data
- Demonstrate examples where AI changed a product decision, not just speed
In the Products
- Drive AIpowered pricing intelligence, dispatch optimisation, sales recommendations, demand forecasting
- Understand data quality, model constraints, risk areas, and fallback design
- Define functional AI modelsnot just feature ideas
What Were Looking For
MustHave
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- At least 2 years building B2B SaaS for operational users (field, warehouse, logistics, sales ops)
- Deep domain expertise in at least one of:
- Industrial / Commercial Distribution
- Field Service Management
- B2B Ecommerce for manufacturers
- Logistics / Fleet Operations
- B2B Pricing & Revenue Intelligence
- Proven ability to ramp across domains using structured learning methods
- Active, handson use of GenAI in PM workflows
- Track record of shipping products that drove measurable operational impact
Strongly Preferred
- ERP integration exposure (SAP, NetSuite, Epicor, etc.)
- Mobilefirst product experience (offline sync, lowconnectivity UX)
- Understanding of B2B pricing models and margin dynamics
- MBA or equivalent structured strategy background
- Direct exposure to distributors, contractors, or field service operators
