Product Manager (Software Solutions)

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product vision, defining roadmaps, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.

This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between business, technology, and user experience while ensuring successful product execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitor insights.

Collaborate with design, development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful software solutions.

Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.

Prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of releases.

Work closely with the sales team to understand customer pain points and improve product positioning.

Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics, and drive continuous improvements.

Coordinate product launches and support go-to-market strategies.

Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in software or SaaS products.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (development, UI/UX, marketing, sales).

Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, user-friendly solutions.

Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2B and/or B2C software products.

Background in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot CRM, Salesforce CRM, or Zoho CRM.

Understanding of UI/UX principles and customer journey mapping.
