About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own a full product charter at Porter. You will be accountable for the charter's OKRs, from problem discovery and roadmap planning through delivery, iteration, and business impact.

You are expected to operate with high independence, run multiple concurrent discovery initiatives, manage a 23 quarter roadmap, and actively drive cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and OKRs for a full product charter (23 quarters ahead)
• Create detailed PRDs with problem statements, requirements, launch milestones, instrumentation, and impact sizing
• Design and execute multiple concurrent problem and solution discovery initiatives; synthesize insights from diverse data sources and research methods
• Build systematic frameworks to validate and refine solution options across the charter
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, design, business, and data teams; proactively resolve delivery roadblocks
• Establish a metrics-driven approach for monitoring delivery efficiency and product impact
• Coach junior PMs on discovery techniques, PRD quality, and delivery best practices
• Lead go-to-market planning and support operational readiness for product launches

What We Are Looking For

Must Have

• 47 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years on B2C consumer-facing products at meaningful scale
• Proven ability to own a full product charter with measurable OKR accountability
• Strong product discovery skills: ability to synthesise insights from multiple research methods and data sources simultaneously
• Excellent data fluency: sharp metric definitions, impact sizing, data-informed prioritisation, and anomaly-to-action capability
• Experience with roadmap planning and backlog management (23 quarter horizon)
• Ability to influence without authority across engineering, design, and business teams
• Structured, clear communication with stakeholders across levels
• Experience with A/B experimentation and iterative product development

Good to Have

• Experience on platform, growth, engagement, or personalisation
• Prior mentoring of junior PMs or cross-functional team members
• Background at a product-led B2C company with scale (>1Mn MAU)
