Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager based at our Mumbai location. The Product Manager will lead the development and lifecycle management of products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include overseeing product design and innovation, market research, analyzing customer needs, coordinating with production teams, and managing timelines and budgets. The Product Manager will play a key role in ensuring the quality, competitiveness, and success of Poddar Diamonds product offerings.

Qualifications

• Product Management and Product Development experience with a strong understanding of lifecycle management
• Proficiency in Market Research and a solid ability to analyze customer needs and market trends
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
• Project Management skills with expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and resources
• Strong problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the jewelry industry or luxury goods market is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency with relevant tools and software to support product and project management
