The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager (57 years) who lives at the intersection of complex financial systems and elegant user experiences. You are a "First Principles" thinker who doesn't just copy-paste features from competitors; you deconstruct problems to their core and build solutions that feel intuitive, not just functional.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our productsfrom navigating murky regulatory waters to shipping AI-augmented features that delight our users. You are expected to be a self-starter who brings order to chaos and executes with relentless precision.

This is a full-time position, on-site, 5 days from office in HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Bangalore)

What Youll Do

• Problem Discovery: Apply first-principles thinking to identify core user pain points in the financial journey.
• Design Excellence: Partner with designers to create "invisible" UIexperiences so intuitive that users don't need a manual. You believe that in FinTech, simplicity is the ultimate sophistication.
• Roadmap & Execution: Own the product roadmap. Youll be responsible for bringing structure to ambiguous goals, prioritizing ruthlessly, and driving execution across engineering and design.
• Regulatory Navigation: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure products are "compliant by design" without compromising the user experience.
• AI Innovation: Prototype and integrate AI-forward features. Whether its predictive budgeting, automated fraud detection, or LLM-driven customer support, you will lead the charge in making our app "intelligent."

What Were Looking For

• The Journey: 57 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the FinTech ecosystem (Payments, Lending, WealthTech, or Neobanking).
• Logical Rigor: A strong ability to break down complex systems into structured frameworks. You are comfortable with data and use it to defend your "Product Why."
• Design Intuition: You have a high bar for craft. You can spot a misaligned pixel or a friction-heavy onboarding flow from a mile away.
• Domain Knowledge: A solid grasp of the regulatory landscape (e.g., KYC/AML, RBI/SEBI guidelines, Data Privacy). You view regulation as a creative constraint, not a roadblock.
• AI Native: You don't just talk about AI; you play with it. Ideally, you have personal projects, prototypes, or have shipped AI features that go beyond simple chatbots.
• Execution Machine: You have a "get it done" mindset. You can move from a high-level strategy doc to a detailed PRD and then into a stand-up without losing momentum.

Preferred Background

• Experience at high-growth FinTechs.
• Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 or managing a high-scale 1 to N product.
