We are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Manager with strong domain expertise in Financial Services, particularly in Asset Management and Investment Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in capital markets, investment data, and product/platform implementation, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand financial services and asset management context with prior experience in investment management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across capital markets and asset management domains
• Work extensively on investment data analysis, including querying and validation using SQL
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and product features
• Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Partner with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
• Support implementation and enhancement of:
• Portfolio Management Systems (PMS)
• Trading Platforms
• Risk & Analytics tools
• Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs to recommend product improvements
• Facilitate UAT, stakeholder communication, and product demonstrations
• Work independently with strong ownership and effective communication

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Financial Services, especially Asset Management and Investment Management
• Experience in Capital Markets and investment data handling
• Hands-on experience in data analysis using SQL
• Exposure to:
• Mutual Funds
• Derivatives
• Investment Banking products
• Familiarity with:
• Portfolio Management Systems (PMS)
• Trading Platforms
• Risk & Analytics tools
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills (will be assessed during interviews)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Manager in the financial domain
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

• Knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks in financial markets
• Experience with data tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI platforms

Certifications such as CFA, FRM, or Product Management
