Imagine a Bank or an NBFC wanting to start a new product line like Gold Loan, and instead of having to set up and train an entire team of managers, operations heads and call centre employees for a year, they can start immediately with a team of AI agents that work out of the box.

Expectations from the Role

Our firm believe is that with AI-assisted development, building tech products and features is much easier and faster than ever before in history for builders who have the right foundations and processes in place.

With building itself becoming less of an obstacle, builders can focus more on making sure that the customers are able to derive the maximum value from the product and are able to leverage it to the fullest. This is the role a Product Engineer needs to play.

A Product Engineer will own 1-2 products/services within our platform and own the end-to-end delivery and growth of 2-4 customers.
