About the Role
Were looking for a creative and analytical Product Designer who can seamlessly blend UX research with intuitive UI design. The ideal candidate is someone who challenges assumptions, thinks beyond conventional patterns, and transforms complex problems into elegant, user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
UX Research & Discovery
* Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
* Translate insights into personas, journey maps, and opportunity areas
* Identify user pain points and validate design decisions with data
Problem Solving & Strategy
* Approach problems with out-of-the-box thinking and innovative solutions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and strategy
* Balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
UX & Interaction Design
* Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes (low to high fidelity)
* Design seamless and intuitive user experiences across platforms
* Handle edge cases and ensure smooth user journeys
UI & Visual Design
* Craft visually appealing, modern interfaces with strong design systems
* Maintain consistency in typography, color, spacing, and components
* Ensure high-quality design execution with attention to detail
Testing & Iteration
* Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback
Requirements
35 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
* Strong portfolio showcasing both UX research and UI design skills
* Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
* Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility
* Ability to think creatively and challenge standard solutions
* Strong communication and storytelling skills
Good to Have
* Experience with data-driven design or analytics dashboards
* Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
* Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS)
