Joveo builds AI-powered recruitment technology used across the US and Europe. Our platform is sophisticated. Our brand should be too and right now, we're building that brand layer from scratch.

You won't be resizing banners or updating slide decks someone else designed. You'll be the person deciding what this brand looks like when the world sees it for the first time.

What Your Days Actually Look Like

Week 1: You're handed a product that's about to launch globally. It has no visual identity. No logo system. No brand guidelines. By Friday, you've presented three directions to leadership and one of them becomes the real thing.

Week 3: A LinkedIn campaign goes live with visuals you designed. A US-based prospect clicks through because something about the aesthetic stopped their scroll. That was you.

Week 6: The brand system you built is being used by the marketing team, the product team, and the sales deck. Every touchpoint looks like it belongs together because you made it that way.

This is the kind of internship where your work ships to real markets on real timelines. Not "practice projects." Not "learning exercises." Live products. Global audiences.

What You'll Own

• Brand identity from zero logos, type systems, color languages, visual guidelines that didn't exist before you arrived
• Product aesthetics defining how our interfaces feel before a single line of code is written (no coding required from you)
• Marketing visuals website assets, social campaigns, LinkedIn content that competes with the best SaaS brands in the US and Europe
• AI-powered exploration Midjourney, DALLE, Runway aren't optional tools here. They're how you explore ten directions before breakfast and refine the best one by lunch.

This Role Is For You If...

• You have a genuine eye typography, spacing, color, hierarchy aren't things you learned from a checklist. You feel when something's off.
• Figma or Adobe Suite is your native language. AI tools are your second.
• Your portfolio shows thinking, not just execution. We want to see why you made the choices you made.
• You're the person who redesigns a restaurant menu in your head while waiting for food
• "Clean" isn't boring to you it's the hardest thing to get right, and you love the challenge
• You don't need to be told what to do next. You see what's missing and you go fill it.

What You'll Get That Most Internships Won't Give You

• Ownership that's real: Your design decisions go live. Globally. With your name on them (internally, at least).
• AI-native workflow: Most companies are still debating whether to use AI tools. We've already built them into the process. You'll leave this internship fluent in a creative workflow most designers won't touch for years.
