Executive Summary

We seek an entry-level solution demo specialist (product demonstration specialist) to join Elevatoz Loyaltys sales team in Bengaluru. This client-facing role suits a recent graduate (BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT) who is confident and tech-savvy. You will learn about our offerings in depth and deliver engaging software demonstrations, tailoring eachdemonstrationto theprospectsneeds.Strong communication, enthusiasm towards talking to new people, and an eagerness to learn are essential for this position.


Role Overview

  • Conduct product and solution demonstrations for prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Understand Elevatoz Loyaltys platform features,modules,and use cases thoroughly.
  • Tailor demo narratives to different industries, clientneeds,and business contexts.
  • Collaborate with the sales and solution teams toalign ondemoobjectivesand outcomes.
  • Ensure every demo is polished, well-structured, and highlightsreal businessvalue (not just features).
  • Continually improve demo scripts,environments,and presentation flow based on feedback.
  • Support internal teams with demo readiness,documentation,and assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and helpstandardizedemo journeys for key solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Demo Delivery:Present clear, compelling live demos (in-person and virtual) of the Elevatoz Loyalty platform to prospects.
  • Customization:Adapt each demonstration to the clients sector,size,and requirements, focusing on relevant use cases.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with sales, solutionengineers,and product teams before demos to understand client goals.
  • Storytelling:Use strong storytelling and real-world examples to explain how our software solves client problems.
  • Value Emphasis:Go beyond features byemphasizingthe practical business benefits of the solution.
  • Feedback Loop:Gather client feedback after demos and suggest enhancements to scripts and presentations.
  • Preparation:Assistin creating demo assets (slides, scripts, sandbox accounts) and ensuring the demo environment is ready.
  • Knowledge Building:Maintaindeep knowledge of platform capabilities, industrytrends,and competitor offerings.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT,Electronics,or a related field (e.g., BCA, B.Sc.).
  • Experience:Fresh graduate or 01 year experience (internship experience in pre-sales, support, or tech roles is a plus).
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear and polished presentation style.
  • Technical Understanding:Comfort with learning software platforms; ability to explain technology in simple, business-friendly language.
  • Confidence:Poised and self-assured in client-facing situations; able to handle questions and drive discussions.
  • Preparation & Storytelling:Strong preparation skills, logicalorganization, and an ability to craft a coherent demo narrative.
  • Attention to Detail:High levelof professionalism and attention to detail in presentations and documentation.
  • Teamwork:Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders (sales, product, customer success).
