Job Description

esponsibilities:

Assist in maintaining and updating sales databases and CRM systems.

Coordinate with various areas of the business to ensure timely delivery of requests and resolution of production issues.

Provide administrative support for our current tech stack.

Respond to internal inquiries and requests and provide support as needed.

Own BUAT of new implementations to ensure a successful launch for the stakeholders

Assist in technology implementation by managing key project deadlines.

Collect and respond to Sales requests for enhancements and manage a

production issue intake process.

Assist in outlining requirements and documenting processes and procedures

Scope and detail the requests and enhancements in technical terms for the

business.

Discover and assist in evaluating new technologies to meet the needs of our Sales team.


Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrate an interest in technology sales

2+ years of experience in a Sales/Revenue Operations or related field, with a

focus on sales tech stack, project/ticket delivery and PMO.

3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM

Proficiency with JIRA, Gong, Google Sheets, Google Slides and other GSuite

products

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Comfortable working and communicating across teams

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
