Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager leads procurement strategy and operations across the assigned region, ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, supplier performance, and compliance. This role partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional procurement strategy aligned with global goals
• Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management within the region
• Manage key regional suppliers and ensure performance and risk mitigation
• Deliver cost savings, value creation, and supply continuity
• Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders across the region
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance standards
• Lead and develop regional procurement teams

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of procurement experience with regional leadership exposure
• Strong negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multicountry or multisite procurement operations
