Overview:
The ‘HR Operation’ is a resource with required level of expertise, responsible to execute processing steps pertaining to HRO Operations for clients, basis instructions as outlined in standard operating procedures provided within processing groups (some examples of such operational transactions could be learning and development, performance management, Compensation & Benefits and other BUHR activities) within specified time and with mandated level of accuracy. The resource is responsible for workflow management for resolving employee/ customer issues for HRO clients as well.
Formal Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications)
• Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach.
• Working Experience of 7 – 10 years in Performance & Reward (BPO4)
Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple):
• Any certifications pertaining to employee Hire to Retire life cycle
Knowledge & Experience
• Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof
• Manage employee recognition like managing core employee data file.
• Invoicing and reconciliation of awards issued.
• Create and maintain documents on Sharepoint site.
• Account management / contract renewal.
• Program enhancements / updates
• Review grade for new/existing roles.
• Annual remuneration plan management & delivery.
• Manage salary surveys and other benefits.
• Good to have understanding of Australian Employment law & Compliance, Performance Management Knowledge etc.
• Ability to properly research, identify, and document a system defect
• Ability to understand :-
o the client administrative environment
o the various Systems being used to process a participant issue
o Workflow Management
• Basic understanding of MIS

Core Role Responsibilities:
• Entering data in the HRIS related modules
• Evaluate and work to maintain the pay structure and benefits program at an organization.
• Analyzes wage and salary data and trends,
• Monitors market conditions;
• Works with benefits vendors, processes benefit claims for employees;
• Monitors government employment regulations.
• Identify training needs, keep track, and share the analysis with the business.
• Updates information in the scheduling systems, performs analysis to determine impact to available resources for the day.
• Runs Daily routine report that is provided to the HR Ops Team.
• Understands customer requests and seeks clarifications in required situations
Work Conditions:
• Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work 24*7 shift timings and night shifts.
