ABOUT WTF POWERED GYMS

WTF Powered Gyms takes independent gyms and transforms them into WTF-branded, technology-powered operations. The gym owner keeps ownership. WTF provides brand, technology, marketing, and critically operational standards and staff training.

The difference between a good gym and a great gym is almost never the equipment. It is the people operating it and the processes they follow. The Process Trainer is the person responsible for building and sustaining that difference across every WTF Powered Gym.

THE ROLE

The Process Trainer is responsible for training all staff at WTF Powered Gym locations gym managers, front desk executives, trainers, and housekeeping staff on WTF's standard operating procedures, systems, and non-negotiable operational processes.

This is not a classroom-only training role. You will train on the floor, in the gym, in real situations. You will train new Powered Gyms before they go live, retrain underperforming locations, and conduct ongoing process audits to ensure standards are being maintained after you leave.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Deliver WTF induction training to all staff at newly onboarded Powered Gym locations covering WTF OS, standard operating procedures, member experience standards, and brand protocols
• Train front desk staff on: member check-in/check-out, WTF app onboarding, lead handling and follow-up protocols, membership renewal processes, and daily opening and closing checklists
• Train gym managers on: daily reporting, staff attendance management, WTF compliance checklist execution, equipment maintenance protocols, escalation procedures, and CRM usage
• Train trainers on: session logging in the WTF system, member goal tracking, attendance marking, PT session booking and confirmation
• Create and maintain training materials SOPs, quick reference guides, visual checklists, and training decks for every role in the Powered Gym operation
• Conduct re-training visits to locations where compliance audits have identified process gaps
• Work with the Operations Executive to identify which gyms need process intervention and prioritise accordingly
• Track training completion and competency across your assigned cluster
• Continuously update training materials as WTF processes evolve
• Ensure every staff member is trained and certified before new gym locations go live

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required:

• 2 to 5 years of process training, operations training, or L&D experience ideally in a multi-location or franchise environment
• Experience training floor staff not just managerial training (counter staff, floor staff, physical service environments)
• Ability to create training content yourself SOPs, checklists, visual aids, training decks not just deliver someone else's material
• Excellent communication in Hindi the primary language of most Powered Gym staff
• Patient and systematic you train the same process multiple times to multiple people without losing quality or energy
• Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR for on-site training

Preferred:

• Training experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or franchise operations
• Experience with LMS tools or digital training platforms
• Experience building SOPs from scratch for a growing operation
• Knowledge of gym operations and fitness industry standards

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

Fixed Salary: 30,000 45,000/month

Location: Delhi NCR field-based with office time for content development

Reporting To: Powered Gyms Operations Head / Training Manager

Joining: Immediate to 30 days
