Graduate with 34 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations

Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred; familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage

Key Skills & Expertise:

Strong communication abilities, with a proven track record of engaging both internal and external stakeholders

Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management

Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution is beneficial

Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics

Advanced proficiency in SAP

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Work Environment:

Must be flexible to work in rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)
