Job Role: Process Expert - UK/Lloyds Insurance - Claims function

Must have worked in Lloyds market and should be well versed with Broker, Syndicate, Consortium, MGA workflows. Thorough understanding on ECF/Class Claims Settlement and reviewing IMR and CM & TA messages.

Job Description:

• Understand the UK/Lloyds Insurance/ Claims function end to end.
• FNOL & SNOL
• Settlement
• Document Management
• Should have a basic understanding of the insurance policy and Claim life cycle.
• Must have knowledge of end-to-end Lloyds broking process
• Must have good knowledge of insurance terms premium, deductibles, claim etc
• Good written and verbal communication, and a team player
• Strong analytical skills
• Analyses and synthesizes information/makes decisions based on policies.
• Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients expectations.
• Prioritizes tasks in order of importance.
• Register and set up new claims in core systems (e.g., ECF, CLASS, internal claims platforms) (Preferred)
• Perform initial validation of claim documentation (FNOL, policy, endorsements, bordereaux)
• Support claim lifecycle activities including updates, diary management, and status tracking
• Handle NIGO (Not in Good Order) cases by identifying data gaps and coordinating with brokers/underwriters
• Processing Experience on Eclipse (Preferred)
• Experience in working with Lloyds brokering organization (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review requests of FNOL thoroughly of different LOBs receives from client
• Liaise with brokers, coverholders, TPAs, and syndicates for information gathering and follow-ups
• Work closely with XIS/XCS processes for claims agreement and settlement support
• Assist in processing and reconciliation of bordereaux and claim movements
• Verify coverage and other details from policy document if the received claims is a legitimate one
• Highlighting data concerns like missing/incomplete data to the claim examiners
• Record claim information in system and generate unique claim no. for future related communication
• Process the claim payments
• Knowledge of detailed end to end claim lifecycle
• Create loss run report as requested by UW, insured & brokers etc.
• Closing claims as requested by claim examiners
• Work on client ad-hoc request
• Support on MIS/data reporting activities

Qualifications:

• Graduates/Postgraduates
• 2-3 years in UK/Lloyds Insurance/ Claims function end to end
• Any P&C Insurance certificate from reputed institute is an added advantage
• Exposure to P&C lines of business (Property, Liability, Marine, etc.)
• Experience in MGAs / Delegated Authority business
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
