Process Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Process Coordinator role based in Dilshad Garden, Delhi. Five day work week, office timings 10 AM to 6:30 PM.

The Process Coordinator will oversee day-to-day operational workflows related to client projects, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, tracked, and completed on time.

Responsibilities include coordinating between internal teams and client stakeholders, documenting processes, monitoring task progress, and escalating issues where needed. The role will involve collecting and analyzing process data, identifying gaps or bottlenecks, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.

The Process Coordinator will also help maintain quality standards, prepare status reports, and support training or handover activities to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.

Compensation

1.8 to 2.4 Lakhs CTC per Annum.

Qualifications

• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and present clear process documentation.
• Project Management capabilities to plan tasks, track milestones, manage timelines, and coordinate resources for ongoing assignments.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is preferred but not required, especially in manufacturing, distribution, or related sectors.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Comfort working on-site with teams and clients, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
