Job Description
Advanced Process Control Engineer
Location-Hyderabad,Exp-7+yrs,Immediate joiners only
Responsibility
Lead the APC projects endtoend for sectors of Oil Gas Chemicals and Specialty Chemicals
Execute APC projects including assessment kickoff pretest plant test design modelling configuration installation commissioning and post audit
Reviewing and tuning PID control structures and creating the APC functional design
Key Competencies
Bachelors or Masters degree in a Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 7 years of relevant APC experience
5 years of experience in implementing multiple APC projects from start to finish of using Aspen DMC plus DMC3 softwares
Experience of APC project implementation in Chemical Industry will be added advantage
Strong background and fundamentals in Process Operation Process Simulations Thermodynamics Mass transfer and Heat Transfer
Knowledge of regulatory control and advanced control
Experience working with DCS system of Foxboro IA Emerson Delta V Wonderware Honeywell Experion Yokogawa CENTUM VP among others
