Job Description
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement scalable Appian BPM applications compliant with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HITECH).
Build and configure process models, interfaces, data types, business rules, and integrations.
Work closely with healthcare stakeholders on patient management, billing, EHR, and related workflows.
Drive process automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, leading requirements gathering and process optimization.
Integrate Appian with thirdparty healthcare systems and AWS platforms.
Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and enable monitoring via tools like CloudWatch/Grafana.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, provide status updates, and ensure timely delivery.
Required skills
Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM & integrations.
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).
Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Jenkins.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with EHR, healthcare billing, or telemedicine systems is a plus.
Exposure to Terraform/CloudFormation and monitoring/analytics tools (Grafana preferred).
