Job Description
We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate / Process Developer Customer Care! The position operates in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive can do attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes. Responsibilities: - Verify Customer request according to standard work procedure & SOP - Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customers request. - Assist customers with credit card/personal loan application status updates and queries. - Manage end to end application process until unconditional approval - Follow up with customers for pending documentation and loan processing updates. - Prioritize customer requests according to documented guidelines to meet SLA - Plan and organize tasks and work responsibilities: to achieve objectives - Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. - Identify research and assist in resolving problems. - Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems - Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards - Should be able to handle basic day to day requirements of the processQualifications
