Private Tutor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Private Tutor role based in Vijayawada. The Private Tutor will deliver instructions, follow agreed learning plans, and adapt teaching methods to match each childs pace and style. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, explaining concepts clearly, assigning and reviewing practice work, and providing regular feedback to my children. The tutor will track progress, identify learning gaps, and prepare the children for exams, assessments, or curriculum milestones. The role also involves maintaining a structured, respectful learning environment and coordinating with guardians regarding schedules and academic goals.

• Candidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in relevant school or college-level curricula.
• Candidates should possess effective instructional and classroom management skills, including lesson planning and differentiated teaching.
• Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills for explaining concepts and collaborating with families.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple learners and schedules.
• Candidates should possess a patient, empathetic, and learner-centered approach, with the ability to motivate and build confidence.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with basic educational technology and tools used for teaching and progress tracking.
• A bachelors degree in Education or a relevant academic field is preferred; prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly beneficial.
