Job Description

We are hiring for the Printer Support Process Indian customers. The role involves handling customer queries through voice calls, providing assistance for personal systems, printers, and related technical issues. The candidate will be responsible for delivering prompt, accurate, and customer-focused support while maintaining a high standard of service experience.

This is a 24/7 customer support role with 6 days working and 1 rotational off. The position requires strong communication skills, basic technical understanding of computer systems/printers, and the ability to troubleshoot customer issues efficiently through written communication.

Process Details

  • Process: India Support
  • Working Days: 6 days a week
  • Week Off: 1 rotational off
  • Shift Window: 9 AM to 9 PM
  • Customer Base: Customers across India

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls related to process products.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting support for personal systems (laptops/desktops) and printers.
  • Diagnose customer issues and guide them with step-by-step resolutions through Voice calls.
  • Assist customers with basic setup, configuration, connectivity, and performance issues.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels by delivering prompt and professional responses.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
  • Adhere to process guidelines, quality standards, and SLAs.
  • Stay updated with products, troubleshooting techniques, and support tools.
