Proven experience as a Principal/Vice Principal or in a senior academic leadership role.

Qualifications

• Strong educational leadership skills, including experience in school administration, staff supervision, and academic planning.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, assessment strategies, and instructional best practices across grade levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities for engaging learners, families, faculty, and community partners.
• Demonstrated capability in student welfare, behavior management, and creating a safe, inclusive, and values-based learning environment.
• Solid organizational, budgeting, and resource management skills, with attention to regulatory compliance and school operations.
• Ability to lead change, implement improvement initiatives, and use data and feedback to guide decision-making.
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a masters degree in education or a related field, and prior experience as a Principal or senior school leader.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, child protection norms, and ongoing professional development.
