About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and creative technology leader with deep expertise in systems architecture, solution design, and cloud-native engineering. This role requires strong ownership in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms while guiding engineering teams building mission-critical software that shapes how the world moves.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Drive architecture and design for Agency & Business Operations applications portfolio

Design and implement scalable applications, batch systems, daemons, REST APIs, and Web Services

Own product architecture and contribute significantly to cloud migration and modernization initiatives

Lead technical solution design, feasibility studies, and architecture decisions across multiple products

Ensure systems are built for performance, scalability, resiliency, security, and compliance

Drive monolith-to-microservices transformation and distributed systems modernization

Cloud & Platform Engineering

Lead Azure cloud migration programs and optimize post-migration architecture

Build and support cloud-native applications using containerized platforms like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)

Improve deployment efficiency through DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and engineering best practices

Collaborate on platform monitoring, deployment, and observability using tools like Splunk, Kibana, Jenkins, and Airflow

Engineering Excellence

Ensure strong adherence to SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design documentation standards

Improve code quality through refactoring, modernization, static code analysis, and engineering governance

Design APIs with strong expertise in REST, OpenAPI standards, throttling, monitoring, and security

Drive non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, reliability, and security

Leadership & Collaboration

Collaborate with globally distributed teams to deliver new capabilities and improve platform performance

Lead the local technical community and promote engineering excellence across teams

Mentor engineers, support technical growth, and contribute to the organizations R&D and innovation culture

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams on roadmap planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation

What Were Looking For

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent

12+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise in C#, .NET, and distributed systems

Strong experience with .NET MVC, Web API, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Angular

Proven expertise in Azure cloud migration and cloud-native architecture

Strong understanding of distributed architecture, caching, queuing, resiliency, serialization, and decoupled systems

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Microservices, and SOA architecture

Expertise in API architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and system observability

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed databases

Experience working with RDBMS, NoSQL, and embedded databases

Excellent stakeholder management, mentorship, and communication skills
