About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Principal Architect AI Platforms to lead the design, development, integration, and enterprise adoption of modern AI technologies across multiple ecosystems including generative AI, automation, coding assistants, multimodal AI, AI infrastructure, and developer productivity tools.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in leading AI platforms such as OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude AI, Google Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ollama, Runway, and Zapier AI.

In addition to technical leadership, this role requires strong mentoring and teaching capabilities to train the junior engineers in Python programming, AI application development, prompt engineering, generative AI workflows, AI coding assistants, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities

Define enterprise AI architecture strategy and AI adoption roadmap.

Design scalable AI ecosystems integrating LLMs, APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and automation workflows.

Build secure and production-ready AI solutions using cloud and on-premise architectures.

Develop and integrate applications using OpenAI APIs, Gemini APIs, Claude APIs, Hugging Face models, LangChain/LlamaIndex frameworks, and Ollama/local LLMs.

Build AI copilots, chatbots, knowledge assistants, automation agents, and intelligent workflows.

Develop high-quality Python applications and reusable AI frameworks.

Conduct Python coding bootcamps for freshers and junior developers.

Deliver workshops on prompt engineering, AI application development, and AI-assisted coding.

Mentor engineers on real-world AI solution development.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Python programming.

Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face, LangChain, Ollama, and vector databases.

Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG architectures, AI agents, fine-tuning concepts, and AI APIs.

Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

Excellent communication and teaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

AI/Cloud certifications preferred.

Experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives.

Prior mentoring or teaching experience.

Experience Required

10+ years in software engineering/architecture.

5+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.

Experience mentoring technical teams.
