Position Summary : The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies for warranty and protection programs. The role involves analysing data to assess risk, profitability, and operational feasibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pricing models for warranty and protection plans.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are competitive, profitable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Support end-to-end program launches, including pricing setup and execution.
  • Analyze historical data, claim trends, cost structures, and margins to support pricing decisions.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend pricing adjustments based on business and market insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide pricing analysis and business insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee plan creation, system setup, and operational readiness for new programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, processes, and governance standards.
  • Track operational exceptions and coordinate timely resolution of issues.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate performance and pricing recommendations.


Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in Pricing, Warranty Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required,Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
