Role - Senior Analyst Pricing

Were seeking a Senior Analyst Pricing to support global pursuits and commercial decisionmaking in a fastpaced professional services environment. Youll play a key role in shaping competitive pricing strategies through analytics, benchmarking, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

What Youll Do

• Support endtoend pricing for global pursuits, RFPs, and fee proposals
• Build and analyze pricing models using rate cards, fees, and assumptions across geographies
• Apply inflation adjustments and develop indicative and scenariobased pricing
• Review and challenge memberfirm quotes to drive optimal commercial outcomes
• Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis using historical and market data
• Partner with engagement teams and global stakeholders to resolve pricing queries
• Maintain pricing databases and support automation and pricing tool enhancements

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred)
• 34 years experience in pricing, ideally within IT or professional services
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with competitive tenders and pricing databases
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or data visualization tools
• Knowledge of financial statements, tax concepts, or pricing automation
• Project Management or Lean Six Sigma certification
