Specifics of the role

  • First point of contact for all ATL & BTL activities Updating customers about the project features and facilitating maximum site visits.
  • Following up on enquiries for conversions into site visits.
  • Maintaining MIS of all enquiries generated for a specefic period of time.
  • Custodian of all enquiries and leads generated through campaigns.
  • Coordination with Marketing and Sales for MIS update Custodian of all inbound and outbound calls pertaining to Sales.
  • To achieve site visit targets for all the projects for specefied period of time.
  • Database churning and conversion of enquiries to leads
  • Updating Marketing on quality of enquries thorugh marketing campaigns
  • Floating regular MIS on the inbound/outbound calls Vis--vis updates.
