About the Role
We are a 25-member digital product and tech services company based in Hyderabad. We build MVPs, run growth marketing campaigns, and set up dedicated tech teams for US startups. We have been growing steadily and now need a sharp, hungry SDR to help us build a real outbound pipeline.
This is not a customer support role. This is not a telecalling role. This is a B2B outbound sales role where you will research prospects, craft personalised outreach, book discovery calls, and support the founder in closing deals. If you are excited by the idea of learning how to sell in the tech services space and eventually becoming a full-cycle salesperson, this is your launchpad.
What You Will Do
- Identify and research target prospects on LinkedIn and Apollo.io matching our Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) across India, SEA, and the US
- Write personalised outreach messages (LinkedIn DMs, emails) using AI tools and your own thinking no copy-paste templates
- Send 3050 targeted outreach messages per day and manage follow-up sequences in HubSpot CRM
- Qualify inbound leads from Meta campaigns and route them to the founder for discovery calls
- Book and confirm discovery calls. Prep the founder with prospect context before every call.
- Track all activity in HubSpot: messages sent, replies, calls booked, pipeline movement
- Assist in creating proposal documents, case study decks, and LinkedIn content when needed
- Share weekly reports: outreach sent, reply rate, calls booked, observations from prospect conversations
What We Are Looking For
Must-Haves
- Excellent written English. Your DMs and emails will represent us.
- Active LinkedIn user. You understand how the platform works and how professionals communicate on it.
- Self-motivated and target-driven. You are not looking for someone to hand-hold you every day.
- Organised. You can manage a list of 200+ prospects and track every touchpoint without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to assist with outreach copy and research.
Good to Have
- Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, or marketing at a tech company
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho) or outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist)
- Basic understanding of how software products are built or what an MVP is
- Experience pitching or presenting, even in college (debates, fests, startup cells)
