Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role located in Chennai. In this role, the Presales Engineer will collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, support customer engagements, and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Key responsibilities include managing technical queries, preparing proposals, and assisting in the integration of solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of technical specifications and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Technical Support
• Expertise in Presales and Sales processes, with the ability to craft compelling proposals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clients
• Background or knowledge in 5G technologies, RF systems, or a related field is an advantage
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline
• Ability to work onsite and manage client interactions effectively
