About Us

We are a growing interior design studio based in Ahmedabad, focused on delivering thoughtful and high-quality residential design solutions. Our work is driven by creativity, client experience, and attention to detail and were now looking to strengthen our client coordination and pre-sales process.


Role Details

Location: Iskon-Ambli road, Ahmedabad (In-office)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM 7:00 PM (slightly flexible)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Compensation: 12,000 18,000 per month (based on communication skills & capability)


About the Role

Were looking for a Pre-Sales Executive / Client Coordinator (Fresher) to manage incoming leads and ensure a smooth experience before the design process begins.

This is not a target-driven sales role instead, the focus is on communication, coordination, and follow-ups with potential clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and manage inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, references, etc.
  • Understand basic client requirements (location, scope, timeline, etc.)
  • Identify serious inquiries and coordinate accordingly
  • Schedule meetings and site visits with the design team
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads
  • Update and manage lead data in Google Sheets / CRM
  • Share daily updates on lead status and communication
  • Support smooth coordination between clients and the studio


Who Should Apply

  • Freshers or candidates starting their career
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
  • Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp conversations
  • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Organized, responsible, and good with follow-ups
  • Interest in interior design / client-facing roles
