Presales Consultant (ISV)

Role: Pre-Sales Consultant (Vertical-Agnostic ISV)

Location: Bangalore

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

1. Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant who will bridge business requirements with technology solutions across multiple industries. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and product teams to design scalable solutions, create compelling proposals, and support deal closures. This role is ideal for individuals with strong techno-functional expertise, solutioning mindset, and client-facing experience in a fast-paced ISV/SaaS environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Architecture:

- Analyze client requirements across industries

- Design high-level solution architectures

- Define APIs, integrations, and data flows

Proposal & RFP Management:

- Own RFP/RFI/RFQ responses

- Create executive summaries, solution approach, estimates, and pricing

Client Engagement:

- Conduct discovery workshops

- Present solutions to stakeholders

Demo & PoC:

- Drive demos and prototypes

Estimation & Planning:

- Define resources, timelines, risks

Collaboration:

- Work with sales, engineering, product teams

Assets:

- Build reusable templates and frameworks

3. Required Skills Technical:

- Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices

- SaaS and multi-tenant systems

Business:

- Problem-solving, multi-domain exposure

Communication:

- Presentation, storytelling, stakeholder management

Tools:

- PowerPoint, Excel, Word, diagram tools

4. Experience & Qualifications

512 years in Pre-sales / Solution Consulting / Architecture

Experience in ISV/SaaS preferred Engineering degree (MBA is a plus)
