Role Description

The Prepress Manager is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing all aspects of prepress operations, including managing the pre-press process, ensuring the quality of printing plates, coordinating print production, and collaborating with the graphics team. The Prepress Manager ensures seamless communication between design and printing teams to guarantee efficient workflows and high-quality outputs while adhering to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience and technical knowledge in Print Production and general Printing processes
• Proficiency in Pre-press and Plate Making
• Strong skills in Graphics and expertise in image and file preparation for print
• Attention to detail and a solid understanding of color calibration and quality control in printing
• Proficiency in relevant design software and prepress tools
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Previous leadership or managerial experience in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable packaging and printing practices is a bonus
