Predictive maintenance and reliability

This role focuses on predictive maintenance and reliability management for solar and wind power plants. The candidate will support plant operations by identifying potential equipment failures in advance, analyzing performance data, and helping reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance costs through data-driven insights and technical support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring critical components such as wind turbine gearboxes, generators, transformers, and solar PV equipment
• Managing SCADA and asset monitoring data, connectivity, and database tracking
• Analyzing fleet-level performance trends and failure patterns
• Supporting site O&M teams with technical guidance and risk mitigation plans
• Building centralized learning databases and implementing best practices across sites
• Driving operational excellence through predictive analytics and condition monitoring

The role requires:

Experience - 8yrs

• Engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical)
• Experience in Solar & Wind O&M operations
• Knowledge of SCADA systems, asset monitoring tools, Power BI/Tableau, and data analytics
• Understanding of reliability engineering, condition monitoring, and maintenance strategies
• Strong analytical and technical governance mindset
• Fluent English communication
